Terms of Use of the Services of “IMPULS“ Sports and
Entertainment
Park
I. General
1. All the individuals using the services provided by Impuls Sports and Entertainment Parks (hereinafter referred to as the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
) should keep to the terms of using the services of Impuls Sports and
Entertainment
Park
(hereinafter referred to as Terms). These Terms are common for all Sports and
Entertainment
Parks
under the Impuls trademark. Sports and
Entertainment
Park
services are made available only for a Sports and
Entertainment
Park
attendee (hereinafter referred to as an Attendee), who has carefully read the Terms and confirmed it with his signature. Each Attendee is required to produce his identification document to the receptionist of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. The Sports and
Entertainment
Park
can deny an Attendee the right to use the services of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, should the Attendee refuse to read and sign the Terms or produce his ID. For underage Attendees, under 14 years old, their parents (guardians) shall sign along with the underage Attendees. With their signature parents (guardians, carers) of the underage Attendee shall certify that the underage Attendee‘s health status allows him to use the services of the Sports and Entertainment Park, and that the underage Attendee has read and understood the Terms and promises to follow them. Also the parents (guardians, carers) of the underage Attendee guarantee to reimburse any possible damage that might be caused by the underage Attendee to the Sports and Entertainment Park or third parties as defined by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and will be held liable for the behaviour of the underage Attendee in the Sports and Entertainment Park as well as for any health disorders of the underage Attendee. 2. Attendees may use the services of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
only after a proper payment, either in the form of a single visit payment in the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
or by buying a personal membership card (subscription card). 3. A membership card is issued to an Attendee wanting to attend the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
on a regular basis. The membership card is issued to an Attendee upon his personal arrival to the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. Having lost his membership card, an Attendee should inform the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
immediately and write a request “Regarding the issue of a new membership card”. A duplicate membership card is issued on the next workday from the submission of the request “Regarding the issue of a new membership card” before 17.00 at the office of the manager of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. The fee for the issue of a duplicate membership card is 20 LTL. 4. Membership cards can alternatively be issued upon a separate written agreement. A separate written agreement is concluded with a legal entity (the subject of this agreement being the Sports and Entertainment Park providing its services to the legal entity‘s employees, representatives, etc.) or the agreement is concluded regarding the provision of services of the Sports and Entertainment Park to a group of natural persons. 5. An Attendee can claim a suspension period of their membership card for the term indicatedin this clause, if he informs the Sports and Entertainment Park 3 days prior such suspension. After the suspension period, the validity of the membership card will automatically be resumed: The 3, 6 or 12-month membership cards can be suspended only under the order foreseen in these Terms; 12 month, limited attendance frequency and monthly membership cards can be suspended for a period no longer than 1 month (on an Attendee’s request, the membership card can be suspended twice a year for a period of two weeks each); 6 month and 6 month limited attendance frequency membership cards can be suspended for a period no longer than 2 weeks; 3 month and 3 month limited attendance frequency membership cards can be suspended for a period no longer than 1 week; 1 month, 1 week and 2 weeks membership cards cannot be suspended (neither due to an Attendee’s sickness, nor due to other reasons). Membership cards cannot be given over (given as a present, sold, exchanged, etc.) to other persons. 6. Validity of a membership card in Sports and

. 7. Attendees, who have purchased the membership card of the Sports and Entertainment Park under the order stated in clause 3 of these Terms, must start using the services of the Sports and Entertainment Park (activate their membership card) no later than 7 calendar days after the payment for the card. Should the Attendee fail to start using the services of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
within the stipulated period, on the 8th day the membership card is activated automatically and its validity period, relevant to the membership card type, starts running. 8. Attendees, who have purchased the membership card of the Sports and Entertainment Park under the order stated in clause 4 of these Terms, must start using the services of the Sports and Entertainment Park (activate their membership card) no later than 7 calendar days after the payment for the card, if the appropriate agreement does not indicate any other period for the activation of the card. Should the Attendee fail to start using the services of the Sports and Entertainment Park within the stipulated period or the period indicated in an appropriate agreement, the membership card(s) is (are) activated automatically and its validity period, relevant to the membership card type, starts running. 9. Attendance hours: · Attendees having acquired the ‘morning’ membership card must leave the premises of “Impuls” Sports and
Entertainment
Park
no later than at 10.00 a.m. Attendees having acquired the ‘morning’ membership card are not allowed to attend the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
on weekends and holidays and these days shall not be compensated to such Attendees. · Attendees having acquired the ‘daytime’ membership card must leave the premises of “Impuls” Sports and
Entertainment
Park
no later than at 5.00 p.m. Attendees having acquired the ‘daytime’ membership card are not allowed to attend the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
on weekends and holidays and these days shall not be compensated to such Attendees. · Attendees having acquired the ‘all-day-round’ membership card should leave the premises of the Sports and
Recreation
Park
before the end of the last working hour of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. On weekends and holidays (including holidays moved to workdays), only those Attendees shall be admitted to the premises of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, who have acquired an ‘all-day-round’ membership card. Attendees having acquired the ‘all-day-round’ membership card should leave the premises of “Impuls” Sports and
Recreation
Park
before the end of the last working hour of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. Maxi membership card allows the Attendee to stay in the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
for a period not longer than 5 hours. Family type membership card is issued to all members of the family and can be used by all members of the family, whose data is recorded as the data of the card users, by attending the park at one time. If the holders of the Family card all attend the park at different times, the visits are recorded for the whole Family card. The Family card can be extended according to the provision of section 5. Membership card “Šeima 2” can be used by only 2 (two) adults; “Šeima 3” – 2 (two) adults and 1 (one) child from 3 to 13 years old; “Šeima 4” – 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children from 3 to 13 years old; “Šeima 5” – 2 (two) adults and 3 (three) children from 3 to 13 years old. On weekends and holidays (including holidays moved to workdays), only those Attendees shall be admitted to the premises of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, who have acquired an ‘all-day-round’ membership card. · Working hours of each Sports and
Entertainment
Park
are indicated on the website www.impuls.lt ,also this information is displayed on the entrance doors of each Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. Taking into consideration leisure days and holidays, Sports and Entertainment Park has a right to change the working hours of the Sports and Entertainment Park, informing the Attendees of the Sports and Entertainment Park no later than 3 (three) days before taking such action by displaying such information on the message board at the reception area. Sports and
Entertainment
Park
has a right to change the working hours of a Sports and
Entertainment
Park
taking into consideration the time of season (from the 13th of June to the 14th of September). During the off-season period the working hours of the Sports and Entertainment Park are usually shortened by 1 (one) or 2 (two) hours, the working hours of the training gyms of Sports and Entertainment Parks at Vairo g.2, Šiauliai and Parko g.14, Panevėžys during weekends and holidays (including holidays moved to workdays) are shortened to 6.00 p.m., however the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
has a right to determine different working hours of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. In all cases the Attendees of the Sports and Entertainment Park are informed in advance about the changes of the working hours and new working hours during the off-season period, no later than 3 (three) calendar days before such action by displaying such information on the message board at the reception area and on the entrance doors of each Sports and Entertainment Park. 10. Attendees wanting to upgrade the membership card (e.g. ‘morning’ to 'daytime’ or ‘all-day-round’) that was issued to them in the order foreseen in clause 3 of the Terms should apply to reception of the Sports and Entertainment Park with a written request to upgrade their membership card. When applying for the membership card upgrade, the Attendee must pay the membership card’s difference in value. When applying for a membership card downgrade, the membership card’s difference in value is not returned to an Attendee. Both upgraded or downgraded membership cards, or replacement membership cards shall be activated within 32 business hours after the application is accepted. As set forth in clause 4 of the Terms, upgraded or downgraded membership card shall be activated within 32 business hours after the application has been accepted, and the membership card’s difference in value has been paid for, if the agreement does not set forth otherwise. 11. The maximum time period an Attendee is allowed to stay in the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
is 3 hours. Attendees with membership cards are admitted to the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
once a day. Attendees that have stayed in the Sports and Entertainment Park for more than 3 hours, or failed to leave the premises of the Sports and Entertainment Park before its closing hour as set forth in clause 8 of the Terms, are charged 10 LTL at the reception desk for each overspent hour, regardless of having spent it completely or partially. The membership with a maximum time allows its owner to attend the Sports and Entertainment Park 1 time a day and stay there for 5 hours. The Attendees that have stayed in the Sports and Entertainment Park for more than 5 hours or failed to leave the premises of the Sports and Entertainment Park before its closing hour as set forth in clause 9 of the Terms, are charged 10 LTL at the reception desk for each overspent hour, regardless of having spent it completely or partially. 12. Attendees who have left behind their membership card, or failed to produce it for whatever reason, are not admitted to the premises of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. 13. Attendees who have acquired a membership card are not returned the money paid for it, with the exception of those cases where the Attendee failed to use the services of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
due to the latter’s fault. A membership card can be suspended under the order set forth in these Terms. 14. The Sports and
Entertainment
Park
provides its Attendees with the opportunity to use its services, but does not assess their effect on an Attendee’s health and as well, gives no guarantee of their positive effect. Prior to attending the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
and using its services, an Attendee is obliged to make sure that their health condition does not restrain them from attending the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
and using its services. When using the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
facilities and services, each Attendee shall individually select a physical exercise load intensity dependant on their individual preference, physical condition, and the effect on their body. Dependant on their nature, the services of the Sports and Entertainment Park may affect an Attendee's health condition, so an Attendee is to be especially careful and particular when making the decision to attend the Sports and Entertainment Park, and in selecting its specific services. 15. Prior to selecting the specific services provided by the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, an Attendee should take a note of their health condition and of the possible affect to it that may be caused by the selected services. Prior to attending the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
and using its services, an Attendee is recommended to check their health condition and consult a physician. Any adverse effect due to the Attendee’s ignoring or failing to follow the above recommendations are solely the responsibility of the Attendee. Should the employees of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
have an uncertainty about an Attendee’s health condition suitability, they shall have the right to request a medical certificate from the Attendee containing information of their health condition. An Attendee is solely responsible for an adequate correlation between the abilities caused by their health condition and the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
service’s effect on it, as well as for the correctness of any health-related data provided to the employees of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. An Attendee is solely responsible for all aggravation, injury, or accidents arising during their attendance of a Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. The Sports and
Entertainment
Park
shall not reimburse for both material and non-material damage to Attendee’s health caused by the services of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, with the exception of such cases where damage was caused due to the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
employees’ fault. 16. The Sports and
Entertainment
Park
does not provide services for the storage of things, and has only provided its Attendees with a possibility to leave things in specified places. Attendees are allowed to leave their personal things in the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
cloakroom and in lockers that are locked by Attendees with their individual keys. The Attendees of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
are not recommended to bring expensive and valuable things to the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, and if such cases occur, Attendees are recommended to leave them in the safes at the reception desk. In case of the disappearance or damage of their things, Attendees should inform the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
immediately. The Sports and
Entertainment
Park
shall not be liable for the disappearance and/or damage of an Attendee’s things, with the exception of cases where such damage was caused due to the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
’s fault. Things left within the territory of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
are kept safe for 30 days. 17. At the reception desk, Attendees entering the premises of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
are given a wrist-watch-token, enabling Attendees to enter the sports and recreation area of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
and receive the services for which they have paid. The wrist-watch-token also enables an Attendee, who has paid for a single visit or has bought a membership card of
Water
Entertainment
Park
services, to buy food and drinks in bars in the aquatic area for the amount of 100 LTL. Moreover, it enables an Attendee, who has purchased membership cards of the whole complex, to buy food and drinks in bars in the aquatic area for the amount of 400 LTL. Attendees can find a pricelist for snacks and drinks in the above-named bars and gyms. Before leaving the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, and when returning the wrist-watch-token at the reception desk, an Attendee must pay for the snacks and drinks, bought in gyms and in bars in the aquatic area, in the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
cashier’s office. In cases where an Attendee refuses to pay, an incident is resolved with an intervention by the police. 18. A visitor is obliged to keep safe the key to the storage locker and safe, the wardrobe token, including any towel, provided by the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, which must be returned when leaving the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. One-time fee (damages reparation) for loss or defacement of a large towel is 85 LTL; for loss or defacement of a small towel – 25 LTL; for loss or breaking of a safe key or a safe token – 25 LTL; for loss of a wardrobe token –25 LTL. Fee (damages reparation) for lost or broken key to a locker is 25 LTL (watch-token has to be returned to the reception); for a lost or broken watch-token – 30 LTL (key to the locker has to be returned to the reception). One-time fee for loss or defacement of a key to a locker and a watch-token is 55 LTL. 19. When on premises of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
and within its territory, an Attendee is to follow the instructions below: · Use the Sports and Entertainment Park services, facilities and inventory carefully and responsibly to the full extent; apply every effort to avoid hurting themselves, causing any damage to the property of the Sports and Entertainment Park, their own health and property, as well as the health and property of other Sports and Entertainment Park Attendees and employees; · Be sober and not under the effect of mental-affecting means (drugs, medicine, other intoxicants or toxic means); the Sports and Entertainment Park retains the right to refuse admittance of such persons to the premises of the Sports and Entertainment Park; · Immediately inform the employees of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
about their or other Attendees’ health impairments, as well as of injuries obtained during the use of the services of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
; · Take pictures or videos only with a permission of the management of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
; · Visit certain areas of the Sports and Entertainment (aquatic area, saunas, aerobics, martial arts, etc.) in clean and neat sportswear and footwear designated for the current area purposes (in the aquatic area—in swimwear, in gyms—in sportswear); · Prior the use of the Sports and Entertainment Park facilities and inventory, read the user instruction guidelines made available in the Sports and Entertainment Park, or on the sports equipment itself; and in case of any uncertainty, avoid using the sports equipment and ask the Sports and Entertainment Park employee on duty for the essential information; · Use the equipment and inventory of the Sports and Entertainment Park only for its direct purpose; applying the method and procedure provided in the instruction guidelines for the particular piece of equipment; do not use the temporarily damaged equipment and inventor, inform the Sports and Entertainment Park employee on duty about any damaged equipment and report to them in case of any uncertainty as to the equipment’s or inventory‘s suitability; · Follow the instructions and recommendations of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
employee on duty as to the use of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
equipment and inventory, as well as the use of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
services and individual exercise schedules; · Bring refreshment drinks and water only in shatterproof utensils; snacks and alcohol are not allowed; · Do not disturb other Attendees using the services of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
; · Reimburse any material loss (for damaged equipment, inventory, etc.) caused to the Sports and Entertainment Park due to the Attendee’s fault or the fault of an underage person accompanying the Attendee in accordance with the damage assessment report made by the Sports and Entertainment Park. The Attendee must reimburse the damage caused to the Sports and Entertainment Park within 3 (three) calendar days after they have been handed the damage assessment report, if the Sports and Entertainment Park, under the agreement of its administration, has not provided other terms for the Attendee to reimburse the damage. · Follow these Terms; 20. The Sports and
Recreation
Park
retains the right to deny services to any Attendees, who have violated these Terms, as well as to other undesirable individuals, whose misbehaviour represents danger to other Sports and Entertainment Park Attendees‘ interests, and/or does not comply with these Terms. The Sports and
Entertainment
Park
employees on duty retain the right to demand that the Attendee ceased using the services of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
and left its premises if the Attendee had violated these Terms. In this case, the Attendee does not receive any compensation for this visit. 21. In cases where there is a suspicion that an Attendees’ health condition is unsuitable for sports, trainers (instructors) in the weight lifting gyms, aerobics, cycling, martial arts gyms, and the swimming pool have the right to request that the Attendee ceased his exercise, consulted a physician and provided a health certificate allowing him to attend sports. 22. Children under 3 years old are not admitted to the premises of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
with the exception of the children’s room, open for children of 2 years and older. 23. Instructors from other sports clubs and schools are not admitted to the gyms. 24. 2 days a year, the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
can be closed for scheduled maintenance works. During these days, Attendees are not admitted. 25. The Sports and Entertainment Park retains the right to cancel the membership card of an Attendee who has violated the terms of clauses 17, 18 or 19 of the section І, clause 5 of the section ІІ or clauses 12 through 13 of the section ІV of these Terms, or if the Attendee due to his misbehaviour causes a threat to the interests of other Attendees of the Sports and Entertainment Park or if he comes drunk to the Sports and Entertainment Park more than once and does not react to the instructions of a swimming pool instructor and/or other Sports and Entertainment Park employees on duty, and deny him admittance to the premises of the Sports and Entertainment Park. 26. If an Attendee cannot use the services of a Sports and Entertainment Park that he has already paid for due to the fault of the Sports and Entertainment Park, the Attendee has a right to demand the reimbursement of the payment for the membership card for the period, when he could not use the services of a Sports and Entertainment Park due to the fault of the Sports and Entertainment Park and to demand the compensation for all incurred direct and reasonable losses. 27. When visiting the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, groups of individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by adults. It is recommended that groups of individuals under 18 years old be accompanied and supervised by an adult person, and not exceed the number of 10 persons, i.e. a group of up to 10 individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by at least one adult, while a group of 11 to 20 individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by at least 2 adults, etc. II. Additional Terms of Use in the Weight Lifting Gym 1. Prior the use of the power lifting machines, read the user instruction guidelines made available in the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, or on the power lifting machines themselves. Consult the trainer (instructor) in the gym about the user instructions and the correct exercise method for these machines 2. Prior to commencing an exercise on a power lifting machine, it is recommended to use a towel. After the exercise, the power lifting machine should be left clean and neat; and it should be suitable for the use of the other Attendee. Machine component parts, other apparatus, and weights should be put back to their specific places. 3. During pauses between sets or exercises, one is not allowed to sit in the power lifting machine, or prevent other Attendees from using it in any other way. 4. If any damage to the power lifting machines and other sports apparatus occurs, an Attendee should immediately inform the trainer (instructor) about this matter. 5. In the power lifting gym, one is not allowed to: · use temporarily damaged lifting machines or any other apparatus in the gym; · be admitted and exercise in the weight lifting gym if he is under 16 years old. Individuals under 16 years old are admitted to the weight lifting gym and are allowed to exercise with the power lifting machines under the condition that they produce a written request from at least one of their parents or their legal guardian, along with a health certificate from a physician (a particular certificate of health condition that fits for power lifting exercise in the gym); · wear dirty, untidy sportswear and footwear unsuitable for the premises, exercise in the power lifting gym barefoot. 6. After their exercise in the weight lifting gym, and prior to moving to other areas of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, an Attendee is recommended to take a shower. 7. The working hours of training gyms of each specific Sports and
Entertainment
Park
are displayed on the website: www.impuls.lt. This information is also published on the entrance doors of each Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. 8. Individual training programs can be compiled for a separate additional payment set forth by the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
that is displayed on the website of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
: www.impuls.lt. III. Additional Terms of Use in the Aerobics, Martial Arts, Squash and Cycling Halls The list of gyms and activities depends on the particular Sports and
Entertainment
Park
chosen by the Attendee. 1. An aerobics, cycling and martial arts exercise schedule can be found at the reception desk of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. Attendees can learn about the changes of the schedule at the reception desk or find a notification on the message board of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
or on the website: www.impuls.lt. The Attendee has no right to claim for the reimbursement of the losses if the exercise indicated in the schedule is lead by another instructor. 2. An Attendee's choice of exercise type and program must be stipulated by their individual preference and physical condition. Attendees under 14 years old are only allowed to participate in those types of exercises recommended to them by their instructor based on their health certificate and the effect of the exercise on the health of an Attendee. 3. Attendees are recommended not to be late for their exercises. Trainees retain the right to deny admittance to those Attendees who are late for the exercises. 4. Employees of companies renting the martial arts gym retain priority over the Attendees, who have bought their membership cards, with the exception of the hours that the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
schedule provides for group exercises in the martial arts gym. 5. The wearing of unsuitable, dirty, or untidy sportswear or footwear in the premises is not allowed. In the squash hall, footwear with shoes that have soles that mark the floor is not allowed; in cases where the hall floor is marked up, an Attendee is subject to a penalty (for cleaning) of 50 LTL. 6. Penalty for breaking a squash racket is 50 LTL, penalty for the loss of a squash ball - 10 LTL, penalty for tearing the racket lines is 50 LTL. 7. An Attendee that has stayed in the squash hall for over 1¼ hours (including the time used for taking a shower and dressing) is subject to paying additional 10 LTL per each overspent 15 minutes at the reception desk. 8. After their exercise in the aerobics, cycling or martial arts gym, and prior to moving to another area of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
, an Attendee is recommended to take a shower. 9. An Attendee of Niat –
Nam
and Aikido, and other additional martial arts exercises, who exceeds the time intended for exercises (including the time used for taking a shower and dressing) is subject to paying additional 45 LTL per each overspent time at the reception desk. IV. Additional Terms and Rules when Visiting the Aquatic Area, Saunas, and Using Waterslides The list of services in the aquatic area depends on the particular Sports and
Entertainment
Park
chosen by the Attendee. 1. The working hours of saunas of each specific Sports and
Entertainment
Park
are displayed on the website: www.impuls.lt. This information is also published on the sauna doors of each Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. 2. Prior and after the use of the aquatic area, i.e. the swimming pool, waives pool, waterfall, waterslide, Jacuzzi, children’s swimming pool, cascades and saunas, Attendees must take a shower. 3. Before using the pool, the Attendees have to take a shower, put on a bathing suit and a bathing cap, and slippers with a non-slippery sole. 4.In the aquatic area, Attendees are required to wear bathing suites, slippers with a non-slippery sole, a bathing cap is recommended. Attendees must only use the special ladders to climb in and out of the swimming pool. 5. Attendees, having arrived to the Sports and
Entertainment
Park

swimming instructor about this matter and follow his instructions, as well as personally look after their children. Parents are fully responsible for their underage children’s health and safety in the aquatic area and saunas. 6. Adult Attendees and children over 9 years old are not allowed in the children’s swimming pool. 7. Attendees under 14 years old are admitted to the aquatic area only with the attendance of their parents; when going for swimming exercises, children are looked after by the swimming instructor. 8. During aqua-aerobic exercises, one is not allowed to use the water cascades. 9. When in the sauna, an Attendee should sit on a towel. 10. Attendees are not allowed to stay in IR saunas for more than 20 minutes. An Attendee is recommended to consult a physician about their time of stay in saunas. 11. In cases where an aquatic area bar attendant takes notice of an Attendee being drunk, and not reacting to their instructions or the instructions of a swimming pool instructor and/or other Sports and Entertainment Park employees on duty, or the drunk Attendee disturbs other aquatic area Attendees, preventing them from using these services, the aquatic zone bar attendant retains the right to have the drunk Attendee removed from the aquatic area. 12. In the aquatic are and saunas it is not allowed to: · wear clothing or footwear that the Attendee was wearing in other sports areas of the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
; · jump into the swimming pool, run, and disturb other Attendees of the aquatic area and saunas, preventing them from using these services; · not react to the instructions of the swimming pool instructor and/or other Sports and
Entertainment
Park
employees on duty; · bring refreshment drinks and alcohol, as well as any food products; · stay in Jacuzzi and IR saunas if under 7 years old; · pour liquids brought with oneself onto the heating elements in saunas; · stay in saunas if under 9 years old; · touch the heating elements in saunas, or behave carelessly; · climb onto a ball floating in the water, or dive beneath it. 13. Terms and Rules of use of the waterslide: · Children under 10 years old or shorter than 1.2 m are not allowed to use the waterslide; · Individuals, whose weight exceeds 120 kg are not allowed to use the waterslide; · It is not allowed to climb over, slide beneath or in any other way get through the gates on top of the waterslide. Attendees should wait until the waterslide gate is open; Attendees should go through the gates one at a time; · Attendees are not allowed to jostle, jump, or run on the waterslide staircase and disturb other Attendees using the waterslide, or misbehave in any other way; · Attendees should go down the waterslide on their back, legs stretched out, arms under their head, and hands clasped; · The next Attendee in line is allowed to go down the waterslide only when the previous Attendee has descended into the swimming pool; · Attendees are not allowed to go down the waterslide together, clinched, head first, on their side or chest, as well as descend when there is no water on the waterslide; 14. The swimming pool instructor and/or other Sports and Entertainment Park employees on duty retain the right to have an undisciplined Attendee or anyone ignoring these Terms, or the instructions of the swimming pool instructor and/or other Sports and Entertainment Park employees on duty, removed from the aquatic area.
I, the undersigned, have read these Terms and agree to follow them and take full responsibility for the failure to follow the regulations and duties of these Terms and the consequences of such actions.
