Rules regarding use of the IMPULS basketball hall sports and leisure activities club services
1. The IMPULS Sports and leisure activities club, located at Savanoriu pr. 28, Vilnius, has rules regarding use of the services that are provided by the basketball hall (hereafter referred to as - rules), which are imperative for everybody who uses the services provided by the sports and leisure activities club IMPULS, located at Savanoriu pr. 28, Vilnius (hereafter referred to as – IMPULS) basketball hall services (hereafter referred to as “Services”). All the necessary information on Services is provided on reception of Sport and
Entertainment
Center or by sales manager responsible for the Services. 2. Services are only available for an IMPULS visitor (hereafter referred to as – visitor) who has become acquainted with Rules and has confirmed it by signature. A visitor must show their personal document with a photo, which justifies the competency of their account regarding the Rules. If a visitor rejects acknowledgment with the rules or rejects confirmation of this fact by signature, or refuses presenting his personal document, the Sport club can restrict the visitor from using the Services. Parents (foster parents) must sign for juvenile children less than 14 years. Children, who are older than 14, must sign along with their parents (foster parents). A coach can sign for a group of juvenile visitors that he trains. Parents (foster parents) of juvenile visitors or coaches, who train groups of juvenile visitors, must confirm by signature that the state of health of the juvenile visitor is good enough for them to use the Activities, that the juvenile visitor has become acquainted with the Rules, that they will obey them, and this signature also insures that all damage or diminishment inflicted on the sports park and leisure activities or by a 3rd party, produced by the visitor, will be compensated for in accordance with LR law acts and that the person who had signed, is responsible for the health of the visitor and their behavior.
3. Services are only available for those visitors, who have paid the charge for a onetime visit to the Basketball hall, or for those visitors who have signed rental contracts for the Basketball hall rent. This charge consists of Basketball hall Services, usage of auxiliary rooms (shower room, bathing boxes). The Service price is defined at the Sports and leisure activities club reception area or on the web page. Every visitor, who wants to use Basketball hall Services, must present their membership card to the park’s sport and leisure activities reception employee. Visitors, who have not presented their membership cards, as defined in this section of the rules, are not permitted to enter the Basketball hall.
4. Visitor is obligated to pay single-entry payment set for one visit of the Basketball hall to cash registry of Sport and
Entertainment
Center in cash or by a bank transfer.
5. Duration of a visit is determined by the paid charge, or time, which is defined in the rental contract. This time includes clothing-changing, activity in the Basketball hall, washing up after activities and dressing up. A visitor who has stayed at the Basketball hall longer than indicated in this subsection, must pay an additional charge at the reception area (according to the existing rent charges), proportional to the over-stayed time, to include each additional quarter hour (15 minutes), independent of whether the visitor stayed at the hall for the entire additional quarter, or for only a part of it.
6. A visitor, who has paid for the Services, but hasn’t used them because of his own fault, won’t get his money back.
7. Sport and
Entertainment
Center gives visitors an opportunity to use the Services, but is not responsible for the effect of these Services on the health of each individual visitor, and doesn't guarantee a positive effect. A visitor must ensure that the state of their health is good enough for visiting the Basketball hall and using the Services provided, before starting to use these Services. The Services, considering state of health of an individual visitor, can negatively affect a visitor’s health, and that's why a visitor must be careful and attentive in his desire to begin visiting the Basketball hall and using the particular provided Services.
8. Before choosing Basketball hall Services, a visitor must primarily consider their state of health and the possible effect of these Services to their health. Before beginning the use of Services, a visitor is recommended to check state of their health and consult with their doctor. Negative consequences, connected with noncompliance of these recommendations, are the responsibility of the visitor. If an IMPULS employee asks, a visitor must present a medical certificate concerning the state of their health. A visitor is fully responsible for the propriety of their health in using the Services, and the correctness of the information concerning their state of health. A visitor is fully responsible for health problems, injuries or accidents, which occurred during their visit to the Basketball hall. IMPULS, if not responsible, doesn’t compensate for material and non-material losses concerning health and life, connected with the provided Services.
9. The sports and leisure
activities
Park doesn’t provide personal property protection services, and only provides a possibility for users to leave their belongings at special places. Visitors are advised not to take valuable and expensive items to IMPULS, but if they have brought such items with them, they are advised to leave them in special safes at the reception area. A visitor must immediately inform the administration of IMPULS in cases of loss or damage to their belongings. The Administration of the sports and leisure activities park is not responsible for loss or damage to items that belong to visitors. A Visitor’s belongings are kept for 30 days. 10. The visitor is obliged to safeguard locker and safe keys, a wardrobe token, any towels rented from the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
and is obliged to return these items when exiting the Sports and
Entertainment
Park
. The one-time fee for losing or damaging a big towel is 85 Lt, and for losing or damaging a small towel it is 25 Lt. The fee for losing or breaking safe keys or safe tokens is 30 Lt, for losing a wardrobe token - 25 Lt, and for losing a watch-token - 55 Lt.
11. A basketball hall visitor must:
use services, equipment and inventory provided by IMPULS in a responsible manner, make all efforts not to harm their, the sports and leisure activities park’s, or other IMPULS visitor’s and staff’s health and assets, while using the Services;
· be sober and not dizzy under the influence of substances affecting mentality (narcotic drugs, drugs, other psychotropic substances). The Administration of IMPULS reserves the right to not admit a visitor into the Basketball hall, who doesn’t satisfy these requirements;
· immediately inform the sports and leisure activities park’s staff about any decline in their or another visitor’s health or injury, while using the Services;
· a visitor can only take photos or film if he has permission, granted by the administration of the IMPULS sports and leisure activities park;
· in the Basketball hall, wear clean and tidy clothes and footwear, intended for such activities;
· before using the inventory and equipment that belongs to the sports and leisure activities park, a visitor must get acquainted with the rules of the IMPULS sports and leisure activities park, including information regarding the use of the equipment or inventory usage, which are hung upon the walls or indicated on such equipment - if something is not clear, do not use the equipment, but instead consult with the IMPULS staff in order to get the necessary information;
· use the equipment and inventory, which belongs to the sports and leisure activities park only for its intended purposes, following the rules and order regarding the use of such inventory; do not use temporarily broken equipment and inventory, inform the IMPULS staff about broken equipment, and also consult with staff if one has any doubts about the appropriateness of the equipment or other inventory conditions;
· follow the IMPULS sports and leisure park activities staff recommendations concerning Basketball hall equipment use and usage of Services;
· do not prevent other visitors from using the Services, and follow these Rules;
· it is forbidden to bring in, or consume food products and alcoholic beverages;
12. The Administration of the IMPULS sports and leisure activities park reserves the right to refuse to render services to those individuals, who have violated these Rules, and those, whose behavior creates danger to other visitor’s interests and is inconsistent with the conception of activity. The IMPULS sports and leisure activities park’s responsible staff have the right to ask a visitor, who has violated these Rules, to stop using the Services and leave the Basketball hall premises.
13. In cases where there is doubt as to a visitor's state of health conformance in using the Services, the IMPULS sports and leisure activities park’s responsible staff can ask the visitor to stop using the Services, consult with their doctor, and present a medical certificate. 14. Client agrees that Sport and Entertainment Center, publicly announcing the rules of using services rendered by the basketball hall of Sport and Entertainment Center “IMPULS” in the Internet (www.impuls.lt), will properly implement its obligation to inform persons who want to use services of Sport and Entertainment Center “IMPULS” before buying such services.
