The signature of one of the child's parents, other official representatives or other adults who are looking after the child (hereafter – “person, responsible for the child”) confirms that this person is acquainted with the Rules and with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of themselves, their children or children who are under their care and are left at the Children’s Game Room and with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Sports and Recreation Park. These Rules are also hung and displayed at a spot that is accessible to the visitors of the Sports and Recreation Park , in order to allow the visitors to get acquainted with the Rules before leaving a child at the Room. All the necessary information about the Room can be received at the reception area of the Sports and Recreation Park .
2.     Children who are 2-12 years old can be left at the Room. Although the children who are left at the Room are looked after by a nurse, no customary nursing or oversight services are provided, except for leisure time organization services. If customary nursing or oversight services are desired, the person who is responsible for the child should contact the corresponding professional service providers.
3.     A child is only allowed to be left at the Room if the person who is responsible for the child gets acquainted with the Rules and confirms with his/her signature the fact that the child’s health state allows him to play at the Room, and also ensures that any harm or damage, caused by the child against the Sports and Recreation Park or a third party will be compensated for in accordance with the legal acts of the Lithuanian Republic and that they are fully responsible for the child’s behavior at the Room, at other premises of the Sports and Recreation Park, and for any health damage or for any actions which led to the health damage of other children.
