CHILDREN’S SUMMER CAMP
CHILDREN’S SUMMER CAMP RULES, 2010
We are happy that your child has chosen the children’s summer camp at the IMPULS Sports and Entertainment Park. During the camp he or she will be able to play games, have fun in the swimming pool, take sports, and communicate with his or her peers. At the same time, we seek to ensure that your child’s summer vacation would be useful, fun and safe. For your child to have only positive emotions and memories of the time spent in the camp, please pay your attention to the following rules:

1.       The number of children that can visit the camp, is limited – no more than 35 children per day.
2.       The persons who have accomplished in advance registration by phone are granted the priority right at acquiring the camp services.
3.       The persons who have registered in advance must pay the money for the camp not later than 3 days before the child’s arrival to the camp. Otherwise, the in advance registration shall be annulled.
4.       The children who have not been registered in advance, however, upon whose arrival vacant places still remain in the camp, can visit the camp within the period during which the places remain available.
5.       The parents undertake to ensure the child’s safe arrival to the camp and departure from it. The child must be brought to the camp by an adult.
6.      The camp in open on weekdays, according to the provided camp shift schedule, from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. 
7.       The admission of children is carried out in the children’s room from 8.00 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.
8.       The parents must inform the camp manager of the child’s state of health (including chronic and acute illnesses, allergies, etc.) as well as communication and behaviour peculiarities (e.g., increased sensitivity, hyperactivity, etc.). Children having health problems must submit a medical certificate that confirms that the child is allowed to participate in the camp activities and specify any recommended conditions or physical activity types.
9.      The parents must inform the camp authorities about the child’s not coming to camp. The money paid for the days missed shall not be refund.
10.    In the case the child gets ill and parents inform the camp authorities of this before the camp shift starts, 30% of the amount paid is refund. If the child gets ill being in the camp, his or her visits to the camp may be temporarily suspended based on the document issued by a doctor, confirming the illness. After the child recovers, he or she can resume visiting the camp for the paid number of days, but not longer than the last day of camp. The remaining unused amount of money is not refund.
11.    We strongly discommend to allow the child to bring to the camp such valuable items as mobile phones, photo cameras, electronic games, money, etc. The camp managers and administration does not bear any responsibility for any valuable items brought by the child.
12.    We kindly ask parents to take into consideration the camp manager’s remarks concerning the child’s inappropriate behaviour at the camp. The children, whose behaviour is often unsafe to themselves and others around, as well as children disrespectful toward the camp manager and workers, can be removed from the camp with prior notification of the parents. The money for unused days shall not be refund.
13.    The parents must provide the camp manager with the contact phone numbers of the persons responsible for the child.
14.    Should the child incur material damage upon the IMPULS Sports and Entertainment Park, the damage shall be paid for by the parents.
15.    While visiting the camp, the child must have:
a towel;
a swimsuit;
a pair of rubber slippers;
hygiene accommodations (soap or shower gel, sponge, and shampoo);
a comb;
a cap to protect one’s head from the sun;
a pair of sports trousers;
a T-shirt;
a sweater or jacket.
16.    The parents must fully acquaint themselves and their children with the Rules for Use of Services Provided by IMPULS Sports and Entertainment Parks and Children’s Summer Camp Rules, and confirm their agreement to abide to the mentioned rules by signing.
